These terms govern your use of valteeno.com and your communications with Valteeno. A separate written service agreement will govern any paid services we provide to a client.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. About Valteeno
Valteeno provides AI automation and software services for HVAC companies, including missed-call response, lead follow-up, review-request workflows, and revenue attribution. Information on this website is intended for general business information and does not create a client relationship or obligation to provide services.

3. Website information and estimates
Website content, examples, sample messages, revenue figures, and calculator results are illustrative only. Calculator outputs are directional estimates based on information you enter and are not promises or guarantees of leads, bookings, revenue, savings, or return on investment. Actual results depend on many factors outside Valteeno’s control.
4. Demonstrations and paid services
A demonstration, proposal, or email exchange does not obligate either party to purchase or provide services. Scope, pricing, payment terms, responsibilities, data-processing terms, and service commitments will be described in a separate agreement accepted by the client. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for the paid services it covers.
5. Communications and text-message terms
By contacting us, you authorize us to respond through the channel you used and through other contact information you provide where permitted by law. Marketing texts require a separate consent where applicable, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.

- Copy, modify, distribute, or exploit website content except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Valteeno’s aggregate liability arising from the website will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Valteeno harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or violation of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not subject to another written agreement must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Maine, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
